We ship to Canada and to the United States.
We are not responsible for the lost of any items once shipped or for boxes arriving late. Delivery to PO Boxes is not available. If your package is not delivered and comes back to us, we will contact you and the shipping cost will be added.
Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to sales tax.
– In Quebec are subject to 5 % GST and 9.975 % QST for a total of 14.975%.
– In Ontario, Newfoundland, Labrador and New Brunswick are subject to 13 % HST.
– In Prince Edward Island are subject to 14 % HST.
– In Nova Scotia are subject to 15 % HST.
– In other provinces and territories are subject to 5 % GST.
For orders shipped outside of Canada, you should consult the custom agency of your country. We are not responsible for customs fee, package opening costs and delays due to customs, if any.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Regular price items are exchangeable and refundable. Returning the item is free. You must contact us before returning your order inside a 10 days period following the reception of the order. After this period, the item will become a final sale. Items on sale are considered a final sale.
The item must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed and must have all original tags. Items returned in a poor condition may be returned to the customer. The shipping costs will not be refunded. All exchanges and returns must be authorized by a member of our team before shipping. You need to contact us by phone or email before sending us back your order. We will then give you a return number. Please email your order confirmation number and your name to firstname.lastname@example.org for a return/exchange authorization number or call 1-514-568-8584.
Once your package has been received by UNTTLD, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment (i.e. same credit card) within five business days. You will be notified, via email when the refund has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account once it has received the refund confirmation from UNTTLD.
For returns coming from the United States, the items must be marked “return of Canadian goods” if you don’t want them to be returned to you by customs.

Excluding promotional codes and discounts, price adjustments can be made within 10 days of purchase only if the purchased item is still available in the same size and in the same color. Items that have received a price adjustment automatically become a final sale.
